A 250gm certified Black Angus porterhouse steak, chargrilled and topped with melted cafe de Paris butter (a French classic), served with mashed potato & broccoli.

A medley of fish, prawns, mussels and calamari with our Indian spice curry, served over turmeric jasmin rice with pappadums, mango chutney and yoghurt. 
Chicken Supreme$29.95
Chicken breast stuffed with a lightly spiced chicken mousseline and baked. Served with rosemary potatoes and beans, napped with a garlic cream sauce. 
Braised lamb shank $28.00
A slowly braised lamb shank and slices of beef cheek, served over pumpkin mash with broccoli and red wine gravy. 
Chicken (Spatchcock)$30.00
A baby chicken boned out with the legs master stocked and the breasts wrapped in proscuitto and baked. Served with a tarragon and onion bread pudding and broccoli. 
Fillet Mignon $35.00
Fillet steak wrapped in bacon, served with our buttery mash and French beans, napped with your choice of sauce. Peppercorn, Mushroom, Red wine, Garlic cream or our special Mexican Chocolate sauce.

A French confit of duck leg, served over pumpkin mash with warm green beans and Peking duck breast with our zingy soy dressing.

Rolled Pork Roast$28.00
Pork belly rolled and stuffed with onion, breadcrumb and prunes soaked in port, then roasted and served with pumpkin mash, creamed cabbage and gravy. 
Barramundi - Asian style

A whole barramundi deep fried until crispy, served with bok choy and a shredded Asian omelette of spring onion and Chorizo sausage dressed with our fantastic zingy sauce.

Slices of chicken breast, cooked with mushrooms, spring onion and a touch of garlic in a cream, & white wine sauce with our home made potato gnocchi. (napoli sauce also available)

Our home made beef pie made with the finest ale, topped with mashed potato and served with roasted winter vegetables.

Pieces of boneless flathead tales lightly battered in our crisp beer batter and fried till golden. Served with a bucket of fat chips.

A mixed mushroom risotto cooked with red wine and gorgonzola cheese, finished with fresh herbs, spinach and parmesan cheese.

A medley of seafood sauteed in a white wine and Olive oil sauce with tomato and fresh herbs, tossed through our fresh fettuccini.
